Terms & Conditions of Hire:
When hiring bouncy castles, inflatables, or related services from Inflatable Feast, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Hire. A disclaimer notice must also be read and signed upon delivery.
All bookings are accepted on the condition that these Terms and Conditions are fully understood and agreed to.
Important Notice
The Inflatable Feast team who delivers your inflatable will also be the same team that collects it. For security reasons, no third parties are authorised to collect our equipment.
If the equipment is handed over to anyone other than the Inflatable Feast team, you will be fully responsible for replacement costs arising from loss, damage, or theft.

These Terms and Conditions comply with guidelines set by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Local Authority regulations.
By booking online or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Hire Agreement & Usage Conditions
Safety & Supervision
Age Limits: All equipment has strict age restrictions. Users must not exceed the stated age limit.
Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times.
Inflation/Deflation: No one is permitted on the equipment during inflation or deflation.
Health Restrictions: Anyone with back or neck problems, or feeling unwell, must not use the equipment.
Somersaults: Somersaults or flips are strictly prohibited.
Clothing & Personal Items
Shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges, and similar items must not be worn while using the equipment.
No pets, toys, or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatable.
Damage will result in a £50 repair charge.
Behaviour Rules
No pushing, rough play, fighting, or unsafe behaviour.
Do not overcrowd the equipment. Children of different sizes should not be mixed.
No running from side to side.
Do not bounce on the front step (this is for entry and exit only).
Do not climb, sit, or hang on the inflatable walls, as this is extremely dangerous.
Food, Drink & Cleanliness
No food, drinks, or chewing gum on or near the equipment.
Cleaning charges apply if the equipment is returned dirty.
Face paint, party poppers, confetti, coloured streamers, and silly string are strictly prohibited.
A £10 cleaning fee will apply if prohibited items are used.
Smoking & Fire Safety
No smoking, barbecues, or naked flames near the equipment.
Space & Placement
Minimum clearance required:
2 feet on each side
4 feet at the rear
The Hirer must ensure safe access and notify us of any underground services before setup.
Weather Conditions
Do not use the equipment if the jumping surface becomes wet unless it has a rain cover.
If rain occurs:
Keep the inflatable inflated
Cover electrical connections
Dry the surface with a towel
If conditions become unsafe, stop use immediately.
Blower & Electrical Safety
If the blower stops, all users must exit immediately.
Only Inflatable Feast equipment may be connected to our extension leads.
Electrical damage will be charged at full replacement cost.
Identification & Payment
Two forms of ID are required, including one with a photo and home address (for example, a driving licence, passport, utility bill, or bank statement).
Our delivery team may photograph the responsible person with the equipment for security purposes. Photos are deleted upon collection.
We reserve the right to refuse hire if ID requirements are not met.
Full payment must be ready on delivery unless pre-paid.
Card and cheque payments are not accepted at delivery.
Liability & Responsibility
Inflatable Feast is not responsible for property damage during delivery or collection.
The Hirer is responsible for supervising children or vulnerable adults during setup and pack-down.
We are not liable for injuries during setup or collection.
Cancellations & Delays
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:
Lack of access
Inadequate parking
Excessive carrying distances
Obstructions (for example, furniture or washing lines)
Waiting for cash withdrawal
If this occurs, the team may return later, which could affect event timing.
Right to Refuse Hire
We reserve the right to refuse hire if:
The location is unsafe or unsuitable
There is insufficient space
Full payment remains due in such cases.
Dirt Deposit
A dirt deposit (£20–£30) may be required if there is a risk of excessive soiling (for example, building work or muddy areas).
This will be refunded upon collection if the equipment is returned clean and undamaged.
Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are calculated during the booking process based on location.
We may deliver outside standard areas upon request.
If delivery is not possible due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
No refund will be given if delivery cannot proceed due to lack of access or space.
Overnight Hire – Additional Terms
Security: A fully fenced and locked garden is required.
Storage: Mats, blowers, and extension leads must be locked indoors overnight.
Covering: The inflatable must be covered with provided ground sheets.
Next Day: Equipment must be inflated, dried, and cleaned by 8:00 AM.
Collection Window: Between 7:00 AM and 12:00 noon.
Damage: Charges apply if conditions are not met.
Insurance: Equipment is not insured while in your possession. You are liable for full replacement in case of loss or damage.
Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse overnight hire if security is inadequate.
